Please note that orders are processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been successfully placed, and another notification when your order is ready to leave our facility.

Carriers and Delivery Methods

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Tracking information may take up to a few hours to appear in the carrier’s system. If your tracking status has not updated for several days, please do not worry – it is normal for packages to experience brief pauses during transit, especially during busy seasons or when passing through customs. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Please note that we are required to declare the full value of the merchandise on all international shipments. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, and in some cases, customs clearance can cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery window. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Address Accuracy
It is extremely important that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it to a different address. Please double-check your address before finalizing your purchase. If you realize you have made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed and shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been packed or dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package reaches you safely. However, after a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location – such as your home, office, or a location where someone is available to receive the package. If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, you may wish to have your order delivered to a friend’s address or a local pickup point if available. In the event that your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbours or family members, and contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will support you in any way we can, but the final responsibility lies with the carrier and the recipient.
Damaged or Missing Items
We inspect every item carefully before it leaves our warehouse, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives and the packaging is significantly damaged, please take photos of the outer box and the contents before unpacking. If any items are missing or broken, notify us within a reasonable time frame. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved, as carriers may require an inspection.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package from a local depot or post office, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping fees may apply in such cases. If you no longer wish to have the order resent, we can issue a refund for the product value only, minus any original shipping charges and return shipping costs incurred by us.
Delivery Attempts and Signature Requirements
Depending on the value of your order or the requirements of your local carrier, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice and either attempt redelivery or hold the package at a nearby pickup location. It is your responsibility to follow the carrier’s instructions to claim your package. Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees or return shipping costs resulting from missed delivery attempts.
Shipping During Peak Seasons and Events
During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotional events, or extreme weather conditions, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We always do our utmost to get orders out as quickly as possible, but delays caused by carriers or external factors are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to order early to avoid disappointment.
Returns and Exchanges Relating to Delivery
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under our separate Returns Policy. However, please note that original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
